U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is traveling to the Pacific in a bid to remind the world that the US's strategic long term focus remains the Asia Pacific region, despite escalating tensions with Russia.
It comes as Washington calls for "concrete action" from China to make good on its commitment to purchase $200 billion in additional U.S. goods and services in 2020 and 2021, under the trade deal signed by former President Donald Trump.
