US President Joe Biden has imposed more sanctions on Russia, saying
the country will "bear the consequences" of invading Ukraine.
He said Russia's president had launched a "brutal assault" on Ukraine,
which was a "flagrant" violation of international law.
The Biden administration imposed sanctions on 4 more Russian banks,
freezing billions of dollars of their assets in the US, as well as
targeting Russia's elites and its ability to import goods.
And President Biden condemned the invasion.
