Authorities in Belgium have approved a legal framework to return thousands of artworks that were stolen from its former colony, the Democratic Republic of Congo in the late 19th century.
Up to 2000 artworks were acquired illegally by Belgian officials during the colonial period. Chris Ocamringa has that report from Kinshasa.
