The United States has hit back against the Geneva based World Trade Organization after it ruled in favour of allowing China to levy $645 million dollars worth of tariffs on US imports.
A spokesperson for the U.S. Trade Representative's office said the decision was "deeply disappointing" and showed the need for WTO reforms.
