U.S. economy grew 5.7 percent in 2021

The U.S. economy grew more than expected last quarter despite a surge
in coronavirus cases nationwide.

That helped propel gross domestic product 5.7 percent in 2021- that's
the biggest annualized rise since the 1980s.
