The British government says new legislation is to be introduced to help the country's security services safeguard against foreign political interference.
The move came after MI5 unmasked a Chinese Communist Party agent named Christine Lee who infiltrated the British Parliament.
The country's home secretary, Priti Patel, warned lawmakers today to expect more security alerts in the future, as Olly Barratt reports from London.
