Rwanda Reopens Border With Uganda After Three Years of Frosty Relationship

Uganda has welcomed the decision by Rwanda to reopen its border after close to three years.

Rwanda's Foreign Ministry says the move follows a visit by Uganda's Commander of Land Forces and Presidential Advisor on special duties General Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

The
relationship between the two countries had been strained for some time.
