A judge in New York has ruled that Virginia Giuffre's civil lawsuit against Prince Andrew alleging the Duke abused her on three separate occasions when she was 17 years old CAN go ahead.
He's dismissed efforts by the Duke's lawyers to get the lawsuit thrown out.
