Biden predicts Putin “will move in” to Ukraine

US President Joe Biden says he predicts Russian President Vladimir
Putin "will move in" to Ukraine.

But he's warned Russian troops will face a "heavy" loss of life if
they invade their neighbor, which has the backing of the US and other
western nations.
