Aid agencies say three years of flooding have pushed many South Sudanese people to continue to suffer, stuck in poor living conditions and at risk of outbreaks of infectious and waterborne diseases.
The United Nations says more than 800 thousand people are displaced by three consecutive years of flooding in the East African country.
