A man who opened fire at an administrative centre in Moscow has been charged with murder, attempted murder of a minor, and arms trafficking.
The attack took place earlier in the week after the military veteran was told he had to wear a mask to enter the building.
As well as killing two, he left four others injured, including a ten-year-old girl.
