Delhi records highest number of COVID cases in 6 months, yellow alert issued

India's capital has issued a yellow alert and increased restrictions across the city after Delhi recorded over 300 coronavirus infections in the past day. 

This is the highest rise in COVID cases in the capital city since June 9th.
