The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has changed its travel guidance for cruise ships from a level 3 to its highest level 4 – advising people not to go on cruises regardless of their vaccination status.
It's a new blow for the cruise ship industry, devastated by the first wave of the pandemic.
