ADVISER QUITS OVER NUMBER 10 'PARTY'

An adviser to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has become the
first casualty of the growing scandal over a possibly illegal
Christmas party that may have taken place last December in Downing
Street.

Allegra Stratton, seen on videotape laughing last Christmas as she
rehearsed answers to questions about the party, has resigned.

Boris Johnson's announced an investigation, while also repeating that
he's been assured there was no such party, and no rules were broken.

UK Correspondent Olly Barratt says there's huge pressure on the Prime Minister.
