Supreme Court considering religious rights for Texas death row inmate

The U.S. Supreme Court is hearing a case on religious rights for inmates on death row.
Convicted murderer John Henry Ramirez's execution was delayed in Texas from September, as he had asked for a minister to touch and pray with him at his time of death.
