Pfizer looking to expand Covid-19 booster eligibility to all U.S. adults

US drugmaker Pfizer is expected to ask American regulators to approve
booster doses of its Covid-19 vaccine for all adults.

At present, only those 65 or older, or in a high risk health or work
environment are eligible for a third shot of the vaccine.
