Japan and Vietnam express “serious concerns” over South China Sea

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his Vietnamese counterpart Pham Minh Chinh agreed to enhance security cooperation amid "serious concerns" over the South China Sea. The pair met in Tokyo late on Wednesday during a four-day visit by Vietnamese officials.
