Israeli minister unable to access COP26 due to disability now safely inside summit

The UK has apologised after a minister from Israel couldn't attend the opening day of the COP26 summit because the transport provided was unsuitable for wheelchair users. 


Karine Elharrar, who has muscular dystrophy, tweeted how it was "sad" the United Nations didn't "provide accessibility to its events."
