Hong Kong to end special exemptions for COVID-19 quarantine

Hong Kong is tightening its COVID-19 border rules, in a bid to get approval from Beijing to restart quarantine-free travel with mainland China. Business groups say the restrictions are damaging the city's status as a global finance hub, but the government says the measures will help the economy.
