Dow tumbles after Fed chair comments

The Dow fell sharply on Tuesday after the chair of the Federal Reserve
suggested it would taper off the buying of government bonds sooner
than expected.

Markets were also influenced by ongoing concerns about the Omicron
variant of Covid-19.
