Prosecutors in New Mexico say they have not ruled out the possibility of criminal charges being filed in connection with the killing of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film "Rust" earlier this month.
The actor Alec Baldwin fired the fatal shot after being handed a gun that he believed did not pose a threat.
But police say they believe there were as many as 500 rounds of ammunition on the set, some of them live rounds.
Sheriff Adam Mendoza says the investigation continues into the projectile that killed the filmmaker.
