Panic buying at petrol stations in the UK -- army could be deployed

The UK is considering deploying the Army to deliver fuel, after fears of supply shortages sparked panic buying at petrol stations across the country. 


The British government's also suspending competition law to allow oil companies to target deliveries to forecourts.
