INTRO:
At least four people have been killed and several others taken hostage by armed men who attacked a convoy in the northeast of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The armed men burnt 14 vehicles that were being escorted by the Congolese army and UN peacekeepers before taking the civilians hostage. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
