Four South African ports, including the busiest in sub-Saharan Africa, are returning to normal operations after being forced to switch to manual systems on 22 June. State-owned Transnet declared force majeure after their IT systems were disrupted by a cyberattack, which led to disruptions and delays to import and export operations. Mark Roughton has details.
