Russia reserves 'champagne' title for domestic bubbly

French champagne producers have halted deliveries to Russia after a new law came into effect on the naming of sparkling wine. Only Russian-produced bubbly can now be called 'champagne', according to a new law signed by President Vladimir Putin. Julia Chapman has more.
