Haiti arrests US-based doctor blamed for assassination plot

Haitian authorities have arrested a US-based doctor who masterminded
the presidential assassination as part of a plot to seize power.

It comes as US officials travelled to Haiti to help with the
investigation into the killing of President Jovenel Moise.
