Germany looks to move away from measuring Covid-19 incidence rates

German health experts are reportedly preparing to change the way they measure Covid-19 levels in the community. 

The move would mark a significant shift in how Europe's biggest economy manages future lockdowns - and comes as new data reveals that almost 60 percent of the German population have received at least one vaccine shot.
