Asia-Pacific countries pledge to speed up vaccine sharing

At a special meeting of the Asia-Pacific trade group, leaders have
pledged to expand the manufacture and sharing of Covid-19 vaccines.

The leaders of the 21 APEC nations, including US President Joe Biden,
are aiming to speed up the transfer of doses by reducing tariffs and
border restrictions.
