UK gvt minister questions decision to ban England cricketer for 'racist' comments

The UK's Culture and Sport Secretary, Oliver Dowden, says English cricket's ruling body has gone "over the top" in suspending cricketer Ollie Robinson for racist and sexist remarks he tweeted almost a decade ago.


Mr Dowden tweeted himself that whilst the posts were "offensive and wrong," the England and Wales Cricket Board should "think again" about the decision.
