Tech pushes U.S. markets to hit fresh record highs

It was a strong start to the trading week on Wall Street with the
Nasdaq and S&P 500 both hitting new record highs.

Much of the gains were fuelled by Facebook after a court ruling gave
the tech giant a boost.
