Putin signs law banning 'extremists' from elections

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law banning anyone designated as an extremist from running in parliamentary elections. It comes as organisations linked to Alexey Navalny are in court fighting extremism charges. Julia Chapman reports from Moscow.
