Moscow to intensify mask enforcement amid rising COVID-19 cases

A year after Moscow's only COVID-19 lockdown ended, city officials are vowing to step up enforcements of mask-wearing. On Wednesday, Russia recorded its highest number of COVID-19 cases since January, but hardly any restrictions are in place. Julia Chapman has more.
