JAPAN'S POPULATION SHOWS DECLINE FOR SECOND CENSUS IN A ROW

New data from Japan's census shows another decline in the nation's population, losing 0.7% over the past five years. Though it's the second census to show decline since its inception in 1920, it was less severe, buoyed slightly by immigration. John Matthews reports from Tokyo.
