JAPAN FUNDS COVID-19 RESPONSE IN UGANDA

Uganda has boosted access to the COVID-19 vaccine by opening up a so-called vaccination camp in the capital Kampala. But as the African country makes strides in dealing with the pandemic, it continues to struggle with logistics. The Japanese government has now committed 1.6 million dollars to Uganda's Covid-19 response, as Leon Ssenyange reports.
