Hong Kong Police are deploying thousands of officers across the city to enforce a ban on gatherings to commemorate the anniversary of the 1989 crackdown on protests in Beijing's Tiananmen Square. A mass vigil has been banned for a second year in a row due to COVID-19 concerns. Organisers say that's an excuse to suppress the event. Richard Kimber reports from Hong Kong.
