Global tax plan criticized for not going far enough

The charity Oxfam has criticized the agreement to create a minimum
global corporate tax rate - saying the 15% rate doesn't go far enough.

The agreement came at the G7 finance ministers' meeting in the UK.

The US government had championed the plan, with President Joe Biden
pushing the proposal.
