Biden suspends oil & gas drilling in Arctic refuge

US President Joe Biden has reversed a Trump-era policy that would have
allowed oil and gas drilling in Alaska's Arctic refuge.

It's an oil-rich area that could provide revenue and jobs, but which
environmentalists argue needs protecting.
