350,000 People Killed, $27 Billion Lost to Nigeria’s 12 Year Insurgency – UN Report

The United Nations says the 12 year insurgency in Nigeria's northeast has claimed about 350,000 lives – over 90 percent of them children.


It says over 27 billion dollars has also been lost in the conflict.
