US tells Russia it won't be rejoining Open Skies Treaty

The United States has told Russia it will not rejoin the Open Skies Treaty according to a state department spokesperson

It comes ahead of a planned summit between US President Joe Bien and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
