Russian school shooting suspect suffered brain disorder

The 19-year-old accused of carrying out a school shooting in Kazan had been diagnosed with a brain disorder, according to investigators. Charges are expected to be brought against Ilzan Galyaviyev after nine people died in the attack on Tuesday. Julia Chapman has more.
