Russia's communication watchdog has ordered Google, Twitter and Facebook to localize Russian users' data by July or face fines. The tech giants have previously been fined for non-compliance with local laws and failing to remove content encouraging minors to join unsanctioned protests. The opposition claims the recently introduced internet legislation is aimed at restricting online freedoms and silencing dissent. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
