Japan to offer vaccines to those under 65

Japan is urging local governments to begin vaccinations for those under 65 at the same time as those with underlying conditions.

 
The country is rushing to speed up its vaccine rollout as it battles a fourth wave of infections while preparing to host the Olympics.
