France's Macron recognises his country's role in Rwandan genocide during symbolic visit

The President of France says he recognises his country's role in Rwanda's genocide, and hoped for forgiveness.

Emmanuel Macron has met his Rwandan counterpart in Kigali, in a visit aiming to reset ties between the two nations.
