The European Union's executive arm has proposed easing restrictions on international travel for tourists who've been fully vaccinated, or who are travelling from countries with low-levels of infection.
The new system would replace the blanket ban on non-essential travel, in place for more than a year.
The European Commission hopes the plans could be adopted by EU member states later this month.
