The US Embassy in Moscow said it will eliminate non-emergency consular services for Americans in Russia from next month as well as cut most visa services for the Russian citizens. The step followed Moscow's ban for "unfriendly" countries embassies to hire staff locally which could leave nearly 75% of staff of the U.S. Mission in Russia without jobs. The move comes amid a flurry of tit-for-tat diplomatic expulsions, with Washington accusing Russia of election interference. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
