Russia fines Twitter over failure to remove posts

A Russian court has fined Twitter for failing to remove content, some of which called for protests over the jailing of Alexey Navalny. The country's communications regulator has threatened social media companies with a total shut-down if they don't comply with demands. Julia Chapman has more from Moscow.
