Germany breaks vaccine record as BioNTech promises children's jab soon

Germany has broken its daily vaccine record - with over one million jabs administered. 

The milestone comes as German vaccine-maker, BioNTech, says it could have a children's vaccine for Covid-19 ready within weeks.
