INTRO:
The Democratic Republic of Congo has asked Uganda to pay it over 4 billion dollars as reparations for destroying and looting its natural resources in a conflict that occurred in northeastern DRC 23 years ago.
Congolese lawyers asked the International Court of Justice to rule over the case in which Ugandan troops were accused of looting timber and minerals. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
