An Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid vaccine trial on children has been paused whilst the UK's medicines regulator investigates a potential link with blood clots in adults.
The suspension comes after a European Medicines Agency official, speaking in a personal capacity, claimed that there was a link between the jab and blood clots.
