At least 22 Covid-19 patients have died after an oxygen tanker leaked outside a hospital in Maharashtra - the Indian state worst hit by the latest wave of coronavirus infections.
This comes as oxygen supplies have been running low in India, with many patients requiring ventilator support, as the country on Wednesday reported more than 295,000 new Covid-19 cases in one day.
